Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 3 slices turkey sliced thick
  • 1/2 cup stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Heat the Thanksgiving sandwich items that you want to be warm on the sandwich. I suggest reheating the stuffing and the turkey.
  • Toast the bread of choice, and place one piece of bread on a plate once toasted. Toasting the bread is completely optional. If you are using a hoagie roll I do not suggest toasting it as the sandwich holds together better when the roll is not split into 2 pieces.
  • Spread mayo on one slice of bread.
  • Layer the turkey on top of the piece of bread with mayo.
  • On top of the turkey add the stuffing, you will have to press the stuffing a bit so it stays as a layer.
  • On the other slice of bread spread the cranberry sauce on the side up facing the side of the bread. Place the slice of bread cranberry sauce side down.
  • Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy.
