3 Cups flour 7 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup sugar 2.5 cups milk 2 egg 6 tablespoons butter melted 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs 2 cups blueberries 1 cup White chocolate chips 1/2 cup cream cheese
Wash the blueberries. Chop the cream cheese into small chunks. Crush up the graham crackers.
Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl.
Combine the milk and egg together in a medium sized bowl.
Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients, gently stir until combined.
Stir in the melted butter, vanilla extract, blueberries, cream cheese chunks and white chocolate chips.
Heat your frying pan or griddle to medium and pour the batter on a lightly oiled pan, flip when bubbles start to pop.
Cook for an additional two minutes.
