Milk Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • 1 pound Strawberries 15-20 strawberries depending on the size
  • 8 ounces quality milk chocolate
  • 3 ounces quality white chocolate optional


  • Thoroughly wash and dry your strawberries. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and set aside.
  • Using a double boiler melt the chocolate.
  • Once the milk chocolate is melted line up your supplies in order of strawberries, bowl of melted chocolate and then baking sheet.
  • Dip the strawberry into the melted milk chocolate.
  • Dip each strawberry one at a time in the melted milk chocolate and then after dipping carefully place each strawberry on the tray with enough space that they will not touch.
  • If adding white chocolate drizzle, allow the milk chocolate to set and then melt the white chocolate. Using a fork or spoon drizzle the white chocolate on top of the milk chocolate.
  • Allow 10 minutes or so for the chocolate to harden fully. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container.
