Homemade Buffalo Sauce
Homemade buffalo sauce creates the perfect homemade dish. It’s hot, spicy, tangy with a hint of sweetness. The homemade version is easier to make than you might think and it tastes so much better than anything bought in a jar or bottle.

Melt butter in a medium sized sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Add Frank’s red hot sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and smoked paprika and mix well and turn to low.
Brink to simmer for 20 minutes till sauce is well combined and thickens.
Remove from stove and let cool slightly, remove excess separated butter if desired and use immersion blender to blend sauce.
Serve with chicken wings or your favorite dish.
