Homemade Buffalo Sauce

Homemade buffalo sauce creates the perfect homemade dish. It’s hot, spicy, tangy with a hint of sweetness. The homemade version is easier to make than you might think and it tastes so much better than anything bought in a jar or bottle.

  • Melt butter in a medium sized sauce pan over medium-low heat.
  • Add Frank’s red hot sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and smoked paprika and mix well and turn to low.
  • Brink to simmer for 20 minutes till sauce is well combined and thickens.
  • Remove from stove and let cool slightly, remove excess separated butter if desired and use immersion blender to blend sauce.
  • Serve with chicken wings or your favorite dish.
