– pork tenderloin – apples – ground cinnamon – honey – apple juice

Remove the fat and silver skin from your pork. Optional: sear in cast iron skillet.

Peel, core, and slice your apples and add to slow cooker.

Add cinnamon and apple juice in slow cooker and mix well, add honey.

Add tenderloin and coat. Place on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
