Pumpkin French Toast
Pumpkin French Toast! This amazing pumpkin french toast tastes JUST like you would expect a fall breakfast to taste like!

Heat a griddle or skillet on medium high heat.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin and pie spice until smooth.
Dip each side of the bread in the pumpkin spice french toast mixture.
Add a little butter or non stick cooking spray to your griddle or pan.
Place the french toast on the griddle or pan and cook until golden brown (1-2 minuteand then flip to cook the other side until golden brown. Continue this with all pieces of french toast until they are all cooked.
Serve with butter and real maple syrup. Sometimes I also add a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
