Jalapeno Jack Cheesburger

If you are looking for a flavorful burger recipe with a bit of spice then you are going to love this Jalapeno Jack Cheeseburger recipe! A juicy burger that is flavored with spices and then topped with a Picante mayo sauce and burger toppings, this burger is perfect for dinner!

  • Take your ground beef and divide it into 4 6 oz pieces and then form your burgers patties
  • In a bowl get your dry ingredients and mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix on both sides of each hamburger patty.
  • In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and picante sauce in a small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
  • Cook your burgers on the grill.
  • Once your burgers are cooked place one slice of cheese on each burger and let the cheese melt. Apply a think layer of picante mayonnaise to both sides of bun.
  • Add your lettuce, tomato and onion (as desired) then place your patty on the bottom bun and toppings, top your burger with jalapeno slices and then put the top of the bun on top.
