Juice from 1 lime
First prep your salmon and make sure it is clean. Then in a bowl mix 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Mix them well.
Then rub the mixture on top of your salmon. You can grill it right away or you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes to let the seasonings soak into it.
Then make your salsa.
Dice your avocado, slice your onion and add both to a small bowl. Then squeeze the juice from the lime into the bowl, add a pinch of salt and then mix well. Refrigerate until your salmon is done being cooked.
Grill your salmon until cooked (it will flake easy with a fork when it is fully cooked)
Once your salmon is cooked, cut into serving pieces and then top with the avocado onion Salsa.
