  • Wash your salmon and pat dry and place on a plate.
  • In a small bowl mix paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, onion powder, cumin and chili powder.
  • Rub the dry mixture on top of the salmon and set salmon aside.
  • Dice the avocado and slice the onion and add to a small bow.
  • Add the lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to the bowl with avocado and onions. 
  • Place the bowl in the fridge while you cook your salmon.
  • Grill your salmon on medium heat for 12-15 minutes. You will know it is completely cooked when it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once the salmon is cooked cut the salmon into 6 piece and place each on a plate.
  • Top the piece of grilled salmon with a scoop of avocado onion salsa.
