Ingredients

  • 1 box uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter cubed
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic
  • tsp salt
  • 16 oz shredded sharp white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Set the ninja to high on the stove setting. Add the water and bring it to a boil.
  • Place the macaroni and the cauliflower in the water and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Pour the pasta and cauliflower into a colander to drain.
  • Spray the pot with cooking spray.
  • Add the milk, sour cream, butter, onion powder, pepper, garlic and salt to the pot and cook until the butter is all melted.
  • Add in the cheese and cook until melted.
  • Pour the pasta back into the pan and Set the oven setting to 350°F for 20 minutes, checking after 15 minutes.
