Pour the water into the bowl of your mixer. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Add in the remainder of the ingredients. Place it on your mixer with a dough hook. Mix on low speed until the dough starts to form. Gradually turn the speed to medium until a ball forms.
If the dough is to sticky you can add a pinch more flour. If the dough is to dry you can add a little bit more water. Knead in the mixer for 10 minutes on medium speed.
Remove the dough from the mixer and divide it in half. Place on a flour surface. Cover with a damp towel and let it rise for an hour. Separate the dough into as many pizzas as you would like.
Roll the dough out to the desired thickness. Sprinkle a small amount of cornmeal onto your pizza stone or pan. Par-bake the pizza in a 500 degree oven for 2 minutes.
Flip the dough over and top with our topping of choose. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
