Get 2 mixing bowls.

In first mixing bowl mix Brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until well mixed.

In second bowl mix cream cheese and pumpkin using a wisk so well blended. Add in chocolate chips and stir.

Use a 9x13 baking pan and spray with non stick spray.

Pour Brownie batter in and smooth it flat.

Spoon pumpkin/cream cheese/chocolate chip mixture on top

Using a fork gently swirl in the mixture with the brownie mix

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
