Boil chicken in pot of water until cooked
While you are cooking the chicken, start the 2 bags of boil in bag rice
When the chicken & rice are finished cooking,coat the bottom of an 8x13
baking pan with the rice. (It should cover the entire bottom of the pan)
Tear chicken apart into bite-size pieces and cover the rice with a layer
of chicken
Add 2/3 can of cream of mushroom soup
Add 2/3 can of cream of chicken soup
Spread soups across the top of the rice & chicken, covering the entire pan
Now, you should have a layer of rice, then a layer of chicken, then a
layer of c/o mushroom & c/o chicken soup
Add a layer of shredded cheese (I use the entire 16oz bag)
Then add a layer of onions & bellpeppers as your final topping
Bake in oven on 350 for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
