Ingredients

small can of pumpkin
16 oz

shortening
1/2

butter (You can use the new Cinnamon Butter for this and it works great adding a bit more
cinnamon flavor)

cups
Sugar
you can cut it down to 1 cup and they still come out great

t.Vanilla

t.baking powder
2

baking soda
2

cinnamon
I use a tad bit more

of flour

package of Semi-Sweet Morsels
I had the mini ice cream topper ones in the pantry so that is what we used when we made them this time:
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all of the ingredients but the flour and chocolate chips in your mixer (you can use a bowl and spoon but it is easier in a mixer) and mix well.
When it is mixed well add in the 4 cups of flour 1 cup at a time and slowly since the mixer will be on and you do not want to get flour everywhere.
When that is well mixed add in your chocolate chips and stir again
Plop cookie dough on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes DO NOT OVER BAKE, after 10 minutes watch them to make sure they do not burn :)
