  • Preheat the oven to broil.
  • Remove the steams from each mushroom and place them bottom side down on a sheet pan. Brush the olive oil over the tops of each mushroom. Flip the mushrooms over so the bottoms are face up.
  • Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the sauce onto each mushroom and spread it completely over the whole surface.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce on each mushroom.
  • Place three slices of pepperoni onto each pizza.
  • Season each pizza with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the pan under the broiler until the cheese is fully melted.
