Ingredients

  • 15 celery stalks
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo style hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken Use canned chicken or cooked chicken breasts

Instructions

  • In your crockpot place the cream cheese and use of rubber spatula to soften cream cheese. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
  • Cook the dip in the covered crockpot on high for 1 1/2 hours. 
  • Once the buffalo chicken is cooked remove from the crockpot and let cool a few minutes.
  • While it is cooling wash and cut your celery into pieces.
  • Fill celery boats with buffalo chicken dip and top with blue cheese crumbles.
