  • Plug in your waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl mix the pumpkin puree and egg. Make sure you mix it well so all the pumpkin is mixed with the egg.
  • Next add in the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, swerve and pumpkin spice and mix well.
  • Then add in your sugar free chocolate chips
  • Add half the keto pumpkin pie Chaffle mix to the Dish Mini waffle maker at a time. Cook chaffle batter in the waffle maker for 4 minutes.
  • DO NOT open before the 4 minutes is up. It is VERY important that you do not open the waffle maker before the 4 minute mark. After that you can open it to check it and make sure it is cooked all the way, but with these chaffles keeping the lid closed the whole time is VERY important.
  • When the first one is completely done cooking cook the second one.
  • Enjoy with some swerve confectioners sweetener or whipped cream on top.
