1cupshredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Cook your bacon using your preferred method.
While the bacon is cooking, in a medium mixing bowl stir together the sour cream, ranch mix and cheddar cheese.
Crumble the bacon into small pieces and add all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon to the dip mixture. Set aside the 1 tablespoon of bacon to use as a garnish after making the dip.
Slice the scallions and separate the light green and white pieces from the dark green. Stirred the light green and white pieces into the sour cream mixture.
Top your dip with the green scallions and bacon.
Allow the dip to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
