Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix Homemade or store bought
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Two slices of bacon cooked
  • 2 scallions

Instructions

  • Cook your bacon using your preferred method.
  • While the bacon is cooking, in a medium mixing bowl stir together the sour cream, ranch mix and cheddar cheese.
  • Crumble the bacon into small pieces and add all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon to the dip mixture. Set aside the 1 tablespoon of bacon to use as a garnish after making the dip.
  • Slice the scallions and separate the light green and white pieces from the dark green. Stirred the light green and white pieces into the sour cream mixture.
  • Top your dip with the green scallions and bacon.
  • Allow the dip to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
