  • Big Mac Salad Dressing
  • 6 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup red onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles diced

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

How to Make Big Mac Sauce

  • In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika and set aside in the fridge.

How to Make Big Mac Salad

  • Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium high heat until well browned. Drain the grease from the beef. Season with the salt and pepper and set aside.
  • While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce and place into 4 bowls.
  • Next wash and slice the onions and tomatoes and place on top of the lettuce.
  • Chop the pickles and place on top of the lettuce.
  • Shred the cheese if you are not using preshredded cheese and place on top of the lettuce.
  • When the meat is done cooking add the meat on top of the lettuce.
  • Drizzle with Big Mac Sauce Dressing.
