Halloween Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 2 mini pumpkin
  • 1 cup french onion dip
  • 1 wedge gouda cheese
  • 8 mini squash
  • 1 sleeve crackers
  • 1 bag Ghost and bat chips I found mine at Trader Joes but you can grab these on amazon.
  • 1/3 pound salami
  • 1/3 pounds peppered salami
  • 6 ghost cheese sticks
  • 1/2 pound baby grapes
  • 6 Monster eye ball cookies made with Oreo
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 pound fresh figs
  • 1/3 capicola
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 4 ounces cranberry goat cheese
  • 5 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup carrots Optional

Instructions

  • Cut the top off one the pumpkin and scrape the seeds out of the middle. Line the pumpkin with foil making sure it doesn't stick out. Fill it with the french onion dip.
  • Place the gouda in the corner of the board and the other pumpkin across the board from the cheese.
  • Place the mini squash next to the pumpkin.
  • Place half of the crackers next to the squash.
  • Arrange the ghost and bar chips in between the space between the two pumpkins.
  • Take the salami then fold each slice like an accordion and arrange it on one side of the chips, repeat with the peppered salami on the other side of the chips.
  • Place the cheddar cheese next to the salami.
  • Place the ghost cheese sticks in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Place one bunch of grapes next to the cheese sticks. Add a small bunch of grapes to the bottom of the crackers.
  • Place the oreo eyes on the bottom left corner of the board.
  • Place the figs in the spaces left on the bottom right of the board.
  • Add the capicola next to the crakers.
  • Place the blackberries next to the gouda.
  • Place the goat cheese next to the blackberries.
  • Add the rest of the crackers next to the bunch of grapes.
  • Roll the slices of prosciutto and add them next to the crackers.
  • Fill in any gaps with figs or grapes.
