Ingredients

Cupcake Ingredients

  • 24 cupcakes
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • 1/2 cup Lucky Charms cereal marshmallows
  • Green Decorating sprinkles

Marshmallow Cream Frosting

  • 1/4 cup softened Butter
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Cream
  • 2 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  • Bake your cupcakes and let them cool.

Marshmallow Cream Frosting

  • Combine the butter and marshmallow cream in a bowl and use your stand mixer or use a hand mixer and mix until blended well.
  • Then slowly add the powdered sugar and mix well, then gradually add the milk until the icing is a thin consistency. For these a little bit runnier then normal gives them more of stylish look to go along with the marshmallow icing theme.

Assembling Cupcakes

  • Using a knife cut a small square in the center of each cupcake and fill with lucky charms marshmallows. Then cut off inner part of removed "plug" and replace in cupcake.
  • Frost the cupcakes with the frosting, and then top with Lucky Charms cereal pieces and Green Decorating sprinkles.
