Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash and dry your potatoes then pierce the skin multiple times with the ends of the fork 10 times per side.
Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake the potatoes for about one hour until you can stick a fork in easily to the flesh of the potato.
Remove from oven and serve as desired.
