Baked Feta Pasta with Tomatoes

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a 9 x 13 Pan. Place the brick of feta cheese in the middle, surround the cheese with the tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle the oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over everything and stir to coat.
  • Place the tomato pan in the oven and cook for 30 minutes until the tomato starts to blister open.
  • While the tomatoes are cooking bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta per the directions on the box. Don't forget to season the water with salt.
  • Peel the outer skins of the garlic and use a fork to mash everything together.
  • Add the pasta into the pan with the tomatoes and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Stir in basil and enjoy.
