Homemade Air Fryer Fish Sticks

These Homemade Air Fryer Fish Sticks are super easy to make and the perfect way to make easy homemade fish sticks. This fish stick recipe is crunchy, delicious and you only need 5 ingredients to make them!

  • Get out 3 bowls and a plate. In one bowl, mix flour and 1/2 tbsp of old bay seasoning.
  • In the second bowl, crack the eggs and then beat the eggs using a fork to mix the egg together.
  • In the third bowl, mix remaining old bay seasoning with the panko bread crumbs.
  • Rinse the fish and place on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife cut the fish fish filets into desired size sticks.
  • Dip each fish stick into the flour, making sure to fully coat flour, then the egg and lastly the panko bread crumbs, set on a plate. Repeat until you have made all of your fish sticks and they are on the plate breaded.
  • Spray the air fryer basket or air fryer tray, whichever one your air fryer has with olive oil spray and place fish stick in a single layer in the basket or basket tray, then spray the fish sticks with olive oil spray.
  • Cook on 390° for 6 minutes, flip sticks and spray with olive oil again and continue cooking for an additional 4 minutes.
