Banana oatmeal Cookies

These 2 ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are a healthy, easy and delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth. They take less than 30 minutes to make and only require two ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 Over Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chocolate chips, or cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • Grab a cookie sheet and spray it with nonstick spray.
  • Mash your bananas slightly in a bowl and then add your oatmeal to it.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • If you want to add things like nuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon etc do it now :)
  • Use a regular spoon and scoop onto your baking sheet (about 1 inch in size) slightly press down on the cookie to make it flat.
  • Do this until all your cookie dough is used up.
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes (oven times will vary), let cool and enjoy!!
