Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 16 ounce jar baby dill pickles sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese diced
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the package directions for al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking slice the pickles and onions and dice the cheese.
  • Drain the cooked pasta, rinse with cold water, and pour it into a large bowl.
  • Add the pickles, cheese, onions, and dill, into the mixing bowl with the cooked and cooled pasta and toss until combined.
  • In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
