Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Cut the apples in half, remove the cores, and cut them into thin apple slices.
Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and let it sit for 5-6 minutes to soften.
Lay greaseproof paper on your kitchen counter, place the puff pastry dough sheets on it and stick the dough by pressing the joints with your fingers.
Cover it with wax paper and Roll out the dough according to the size of a round mold you want with a rolling pin. ( I used 11-12 inch mold.)
Place the sliced apples in the center of dough.
In a small bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle the apples with walnuts and hazelnuts.
Then with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Fold the pastry dough on the edges over the fruits, This doesn't need to be a perfect crust shape, just do it as it works.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
