  • Place your candy canes into a freezer ziptop bag. Using a rolling pin or meat mallet to smash the candy into small pieces.
  • Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave or double boiler according to package directions until they are fully melted.
  • Place three marshmallows onto each stick. Then dip the marshmallows into the melted candy, turning to cover them completely.
  • Tap the stick on the edge of the container to get rid of the extra chocolate. Place them onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Sprinkle the candy cane piece over the top of the chocolate.
  • Place the marshmallows into the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
