Ingredients

  • 30 ounce can canned pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 15 ounce box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Libby’s canned pumpkin pie filling, eggs, and evaporated milk, and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the pumpkin pie mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the box of spice cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  • Evenly distribute 2 cups of chopped pecans on top of the dry cake mix.
  • Slice the butter into thin pieces and arrange them on top of the cake mix.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
