Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 8 cups of homemade chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 to 3 celery stocks
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 3 cup of egg noodles uncooked

Instructions

  • Wash, dry and dice the carrots, onions and celery.
  • Then get a large pan and add your favorite oil. You can use butter, olive oil, coconut oil, which ever one you normally use.
  • Sauté the carrots, onions and celery in the oil until the onion is translucent.
  • In a large stock pot and add the chicken broth, chicken, veggies, thyme, salt and pepper into the pot.
  • Bring it to a boil over medium heat then add in the noodles.
  • Cook the noodles for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  • Serve as desired.
