Mini Keto Pizza Recipe

This Mini Keto Pizza Recipe is perfect for nights when the rest of the family is having pizza and you want to too. Made with a tasty pizza chaffle (cheese waffle) crust, topped with sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, it is the perfect low carb pizza!

  • While the waffle maker is heating up, in a bowl mix mozzarella cheese, baking powder, garlic, basis, egg and almond flour.
  • Pour 1/2 the mixture into your mini waffle maker.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes until your pizza waffle is completely cooked. If you check it and the waffle sticks to the waffle maker let it cook for another minute or two.
  • Next put the remainder of the pizza crust mix into the waffle maker and cook it.
  • Once both pizza crusts are cooked, place them on the baking sheet of your toaster oven.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of low carb pasta sauce on top of each pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each one.
  • Bake at 350 degrees in the toaster oven for roughly 5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
