Mini Keto Pizza Recipe
This Mini Keto Pizza Recipe is perfect for nights when the rest of the family is having pizza and you want to too. Made with a tasty pizza chaffle (cheese waffle) crust, topped with sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, it is the perfect low carb pizza!
Servings 2 Mini Keto Pizzas
While the waffle maker is heating up, in a bowl mix mozzarella cheese, baking powder, garlic, basis, egg and almond flour.
Pour 1/2 the mixture into your mini waffle maker.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until your pizza waffle is completely cooked. If you check it and the waffle sticks to the waffle maker let it cook for another minute or two.
Next put the remainder of the pizza crust mix into the waffle maker and cook it.
Once both pizza crusts are cooked, place them on the baking sheet of your toaster oven.
Put 1 tablespoon of low carb pasta sauce on top of each pizza crust.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each one.
Bake at 350 degrees in the toaster oven for roughly 5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
