If you have been wanting a peanut butter chaffle, then you are going to LOVE this Peanut Butter Chaffle recipe. It is simple to make and has the perfect peanut butter flavor!

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 tablespoons swerve granulated
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter


  • Heat up your waffle maker.
  • In a bowl mix the peanut butter, egg, granulated swerve and mozzarella cheese.
  • Pour half of the chaffle batter into the waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Carefully remove once cooked and place on a plate to cool. The chaffle will be a little flimsy when you remove it but it will stiffen up as it cools.
  • Next cook your second chaffle and let it set for 2 minutes after you cook it.


*This recipe will make 1 large waffle or 2 waffles in the dash mini waffle maker.
