  • Heat up your Dash mini waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl mix the egg, 1/2 tsp basil, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tablespoon almond flour and 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese.
  • Add 1/2 of the batter into your mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes. If they are still a bit uncooked leave it cooking for another 2 minutes. Then cook the rest of the batter to make a second chaffle.
  • In a small bowl add 1 tablespoon butter and 1/4 tsp garlic powder and melt in the microwave. It will take about 25 seconds or so depending on your microwave.
  • Place the chaffles on a baking sheet and use a rubber brush to spread the butter and garlic mixture on top.
  • Add 1/8th a cup of cheese on top of each chaffle.
  • Put chaffles in the oven or a toaster oven at 400 degrees and cook until the cheese is melted.
