Instantpot Pork Tenderloin With Gravy is a quick and easy pork tenderloin recipe that is made in the instant pot and done in under 30 minutes! A tender and juicy pork tenderloin that makes an easy weeknight dinner.
In the pot of your instant pot, combine the garlic, rosemary, oregano, and chicken stock. Place the metal riser into the pot.
Remove the fat and silver skin from the pork tenderloin. Rub the pork with the garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the pork into the Instantpot.
Place the lid on and set the cooker for 7 minutes. Allow the steam to release naturally.
Remove the pork from the pot.
Turn the instant pot to saute high and pour in the heavy cream. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water. Add the mixture to the pot and whisk until it comes to a boil.
Serve the pork tenderloin with gravy poured over it.
