Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano minced
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste about a pinch
  • pepper to taste about a pinch
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • In the pot of your instant pot, combine the garlic, rosemary, oregano, and chicken stock. Place the metal riser into the pot.
  • Remove the fat and silver skin from the pork tenderloin. Rub the pork with the garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the pork into the Instantpot.
  • Place the lid on and set the cooker for 7 minutes. Allow the steam to release naturally.
  • Remove the pork from the pot.
  • Turn the instant pot to saute high and pour in the heavy cream. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water. Add the mixture to the pot and whisk until it comes to a boil.
  • Serve the pork tenderloin with gravy poured over it.
