Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits Dough Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Keto Cheddar Biscuits Toppings
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 tablespoon ranch powder mix
- pinch of salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
In a medium bowl mix together the butter, sour cream and eggs until they are well combined.
In another medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese.
Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients just until combined.
Scoop large spoonfuls of the batter onto an ungreased sheet pan.
Bake for 10-14 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
Mix together the melted butter and ranch mix right after you pull the biscuits out of the oven. Brush the mixture onto the tops of the biscuits and sprinkle them with salt.
