Carrot Marshmallow Pops are a fun and easy Easter dessert. Using marshmallows and melting chocolate you can make these adorable Carrot Marshmallow Pops!
24Marshmallows – you want the 10 ounce bag of regular jet-puffed marshmallows
Instructions
Melt 12 ounces of Orange chocolate and 1 tablespoon shortening in your double boiler. Pour the chocolate into a tall glass once melted.
Dip the end of your marshmallow stick into the orange chocolate then stick it into the marshmallow. Repeat with all the marshmallows.
Dip the marshmallow into the orange chocolate and tap the extra chocolate off.
Stand the marshmallow upright in a glass, repeat with rest of the marshmallows.
Melt the other 12 ounces of Orange chocolate and 1 tablespoon shortening in your double boiler. Pour the chocolate into a a ziptop bag or pastry bag once melted. Cut off a very small tip from the bottom corner of the bag if you are using a ziptop bag.
Drizzle the chocolate back and forward over the side of the marshmallows.
Melt your green chocolate and 1 tablespoon shortening in your double boiler and pour the chocolate into a short glass.
Dip the top of each marshmallow in to the green chocolate to form the top of the carrot.
