Calories 567 kcal 1 pound pasta 16 ounce jar baby dill pickles sliced 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese diced 1/4 cup onion diced 3 tablespoons fresh dill chopped 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1/2 sour cream 1/2 cup pickle juice 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Cook pasta according to the package directions for al dente.
While the pasta is cooking slice the pickles and onions and dice the cheese.
Drain the cooked pasta, rinse with cold water, and pour it into a large bowl.
Add the pickles, cheese, onions, and dill, into the mixing bowl with the cooked and cooled pasta and toss until combined.
In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir the mixture until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
