- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1 pound linguini pasta
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick of butter
- olive Oil
Peel raw shrimp and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Fill a pot with water and cook the pasta to al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, over medium heat add a large skillet. Add 1 tablespoon Olive Oil and 1/2 cup of butter to the skillet.
Once the butter is melted add the salt, pepper and parsley. Stir to mix well.
Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink.
When the pasta is done cooking, drain the water and add it back to the pot.
Pour the shrimp and butter mixture into the noodles and mix well.
