Oven Baked Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

  • Cover a baking pan with parchment paper and nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  • In a large bowl mix the milk, flour, and garlic together to make a batter.
  • Dip the florets into the batter and shake off the excess batter.
  • Place the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • While the cauliflower roasts, add the butter to a medium bowl, that is safe for use in the microwave.
  • Melt butter and then add in Frank's red hot sauce with the melted butter and mix well.
  • Once the cauliflower is done baking, and is a golden brown remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven.
  • Add the baked cauliflower to the hot sauce mixture in the bowl.
  • Toss the cauliflower with the sauce making sure to coat all of the florets.
