Easy Layered Taco Dip
Layered Taco Dip. This layered taco dip takes such a short amount of time to make, that you can make it anytime you need a last minute dip!
- 6 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 1 large Head of lettuce Chopped into little piece
- 2 large Tomatos diced
- 8 oz bag shredded cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 pounds ground beef
Cook ground beef in a skillet until cooked through. Drain any fat and add 1/2 cup water plus 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning and let simmer for about 5 minutes and turn the heat off let cool for about 10-15 minutes.
In a small bowl mix the sour cream with 4 tablespoons of Taco seasoning.
Get a clear glass bowl that you will use to serve your dip in. In a bowl layer all ingredients, Taco meat, then sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Refrigerate until needed.
Store in the refrigerator until needed.
