Tasty Tuesday: Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli - chopped
  • 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 lb. chicken breast - cut into bite sized pieces

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken until cooked through and steam the broccoli.
  • Cook the rice in a large pan according to the directions - replacing water with milk.
  • Throw the steamed broccoli, cooked chicken and shredded cheese into the rice and cook - stirring frequently until all the cheese is melted
