1 1/2 pounds raw shrimp medium sized, peeled and deveined 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 lemons 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
If you need to peel your shrimp or devein them do it first. Then put your shrimp on the pan.
Add salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil to the shrimp and then mix well so all of the shrimp are covered in the salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.
Slice one lemon and place the slices onto the sheet pan randomly on the pan in between the shrimp.
Bake for 6-8 minutes until the shrimp are opaque.
Drizzle the shrimp with the juice of the second lemon and sprinkle with the parsley.
You can lower the carb count by using less garlic.
The parsley is optional.
