  • Plug in your waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl mix the peanut butter and egg. Make sure you mix it well so all the peanut butter is mixed with the egg.
  • Next add in the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, swerve and chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Add half the keto peanut butter chocolate chip Chaffle mix to the Dish Mini waffle maker at a time. Cook chaffle batter in the waffle maker for 4 minutes.
  • When the first one is completely done cooking cook the second one.
  • Enjoy with some swerve confectioners sweetener or whipped cream on top.
