Instructions

  • Spray crockpot with nonstick spray or line with a crockpot liner.
  • In a large sauce pan over medium heat cook the ground beef until done. Drain the grease from the ground beef and dump into crockpot.
  • Dice onion and pepper and add to crockpot.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

*There are 9g net carbs in this chili recipe if you leave out the kidney beans
