Ingredients

Instructions

  • Get a mason jar or a container that you can put a lid on that will be able to be shut and air tight.
  • Put in the oats, then the milk, maple syrup and yogurt.
  • Shake well if using a mason jar or stir well if using a container. Be sure that all of the oats are covered by the liquid.
  • Put the lid on and then put the overnight oats in the fridge for 8-10 hours. For me that is putting them in at night before I go to bed and leaving them there until morning.
  • Serve as desired, cold or hot.
