- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 can crescent dough sheet
- 2 cups granny smith apple cored and sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and butter together.
Roll out the sheet of crescent dough. With a pizza cutter cut the dough in half lengthwise. Then cut the dough into quarters width-wise.
Coat the top of the dough with the sugar mixture.
Place a few apple slices on each section of the dough. Roll the dough around the apple slices to form a little pocket. Place onto a sheet pan.
Bake for 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
