Unicorn No Churn Ice Cream

Unicorn no churn ice cream is an easy to make fruity flavored rainbow ice cream the kids will love! 3 fruity flavors swirled together to make a beautifully bright and colorful berry ice cream that is also tasty, this no churn ice cream is perfect for a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons All Pink Starburst Jello Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Raspberry Starburst Jello Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Cherry Starburst Jello Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Raspberry Starburst Jello Mix
  • Red Food Coloring
  • Blue Food Coloring
  • Unicorn Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pour your heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
  • Whip on high with a hand mixer (you can also use a stand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
  • Add in condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  • Separate evenly into 3 smaller bowls.
  • Place your 2 tablespoons of all pink starburst jello mix into one bowl. Mix well.
  • Add a couple drops of red food coloring and mix until you achieve a pink you are happy with.
  • Place your 2 tablespoons of blue raspberry starburst jello mix into one bowl. Mix well.
  • Add a couple drops of blue food coloring and mix until you achieve a blue you are happy with.
  • In the last bowl add 1 tablespoon of cherry starburst jello mix, and 1 tablespoon of blue raspberry jello mix. Mix well.
  • Add a couple drops of red and blue food coloring and mix well until you achieve a purple color you are happy with.
  • Spoon each color in a bread pan, in no particular order.
  • Once each color is used up, bang the bread pan on your counter gently to flatten out your ice cream and get rid of any air pockets.
  • Add sprinkles, and freeze overnight.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
