Pour your heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
Whip on high with a hand mixer (you can also use a stand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
Add in condensed milk and mix until well combined.
Separate evenly into 3 smaller bowls.
Place your 2 tablespoons of all pink starburst jello mix into one bowl. Mix well.
Add a couple drops of red food coloring and mix until you achieve a pink you are happy with.
Place your 2 tablespoons of blue raspberry starburst jello mix into one bowl. Mix well.
Add a couple drops of blue food coloring and mix until you achieve a blue you are happy with.
In the last bowl add 1 tablespoon of cherry starburst jello mix, and 1 tablespoon of blue raspberry jello mix. Mix well.
Add a couple drops of red and blue food coloring and mix well until you achieve a purple color you are happy with.
Spoon each color in a bread pan, in no particular order.
Once each color is used up, bang the bread pan on your counter gently to flatten out your ice cream and get rid of any air pockets.
Add sprinkles, and freeze overnight.
