In the microwave with a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, melt the milk chocolate chips.
When the chips are melted, remove them from the heat and stir in your chocolate frosting, evenly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread the chocolate fudge mixture in your prepared pan.
Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
