Baked Brie in Puff Pastry with Blueberry Pie Filling

1 6 inch round of brie 1 sheet puff pastry 4 tablespoons butter melted 1 cup blueberry pie filling Zest from one lemon
Preheat the oven to 375°F. line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Lay out the puff pastry sheet flat on a baking sheet or in a pie pan and roll with a rolling pin so it is big enough to wrap the cheese round.
Trim the edges and save the extra pieces of puff pastry dough.
Melt the butter and using a brush, brush the melted butter inside the puff pastry.
Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry dough.
Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Bring the edges of the puff pastry dough up over the top and seal well, using most of the remaining butter.
Brush the top well with the rest of the butter.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20-35 minutes.
Remove and let sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
