Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a glass baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • Shred the cheddar cheese and add it to a large bowl.
  • Add the garlic, mayo and ranch dressing seasoning mix to the shredded cheese in the bowl. Mix well to combine everything well.
  • Place the pork chops in the baking dish.
  • Spread the cheese mixture on top of the pork chops.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 400°F in the preheated oven.
